I'm building my head and i can't decide btween these two company's when it comes to valvetrain I knoe i'n gonna get the crower cam but the valvetrain is up inthe air.

Anyone heard any good things about Supertech?

I have heard great things about both,SuperTech is a good choice as well as crower.You will be happy with either one.

super tech is a really good company...when you buy the valvetrain (from supertech), you need to get the valvetrain that is suited for your cam...usually supertech makes a few different types of valvetrain depending on the amount of lift that your cam has...

Ok thanks guys I've decided on Supertech valves,valve guides and valve seals but I'm going with Crower cam and JG valve springs.

crap :banghead i should had read this before i ordered the supertech valves. all they asked me was if i wanted the .5mm over or std. i ordered the standard size, hope it works okay with my crower402t camshaft.

i wanted to get the 404s but i heard tuning was hard, and tuning is not my department. :cry:

I run Supertech valves and valvetrain with 402Ts with no issues...I have seen many 8200 rev limits with no issues.
