 Post subject: swappin out the b18a1 for b20

Im gonna be using my S1 cable tranny, what clutch should i use seeing that the motor used a hydraulic transmission. I reckon i use a cable clutch but i'd like to hear some input before i got spend money on the wrong thing. just in case.

get a new one for the s1. is the tranny 90-91 or 92-93. most clutches 92 and up all fit. cable or hydro.

a.e.b.s intake manifold.
kyb struts, onsoku coils.
cross drilled rotors, ebc pads

it is from a 91. so i can just get a new after market flywheel and clutch and it will just bolt up then?

flywheels are all the same. if you plan boostin in the future i'd say get a stock flywheel or stay at or around an 8 lb flywheel.

in fact the disc is the only part thats different from and 90-91 / 92+ b series clutch kits...

so as far as parts needed is the distributor, clutch disc(which one?) and thats it? should just bolt up to my obd0 setup i understand that the fuel maps are gonna be different and i wont get on it till i chip my ECU but it should run fine till i get more money.

You should use the LS Intake manifold.

Depends on what year the transmission is that you'll be using.
