i need the torque specs for the head bolts,the cams caps bolts and the rods for a ls b18b?

Head Bolts:
Step 1: 22Ft-lbs
Step 2: 95 and earlier engine 61 Ft-lbs
96 and newer 63 ft-lbs

Cam Cap Bolts:
86 in-lbs

Rod bolts:
Step 1: 14 Ft-lbs
Step 2: 23 Ft-lbs

the cam caps are 7 ft lbs
head bolts are 61 ft lbs
connecting rod nuts are 23 ft lbs

dont for get to torque the head in steps

go buy a repair manual. it has all the steps you need to take that are important. obviously you don't have one because they have all the torque specs in. Make sure you don't go past 7 ft/lbs on them cam cap bolts because they snap off in the head pretty easily.

Thats one of the main reasons I recomend using in-lbs instead of ft-lbs. Those cam caps are week link.
