Okay so I bought this Datsun 280ZX Turbo about three years ago with the full intentions of restoring it. Now my turbo project has eaten all of my time and money so I wanted to sell it. A guy that lives up the road from me has offered me a trade and I was wondering what you guys thought of it. I bought my Datsun for $200 and its in awesome shape but needs an ignition harness to run. The guy thinks I have $1200 in it and wants me to give him the car and $300 for his car that he's selling. Its a 1974 Chevelle with a 350 crammed in it. Other than needing a paint job it seems to be in great shape, and get this, it runs, strong. I haven't checked it out in the daytime and I'm going to check it out today. tell me what you guys think.

I have pics of it. The guy wasn't home but his brother let me look at it. I couldn't figure out how the hood popped though. He said he'd have the guy show me. My datsun isn't in nearly this condition. I did get to hear it run, nothing to write home about.

On the front bumper, if your looking at the license plate bracket, there should be a SMALL lever you can pull ,...probable around the top. Thats how my '71 chevelle hood opened, no inside latch whatsoever
