I have a 90 CIVIC SI HATCH with a B18b swap

i try to start my car in the morning in the cold and if it decides to turn over i have to rev it out ALOT or it will just die on me and i would have to then restart it and rev it out. after the car heats up for about 10 mins it usually starts with no problems, thats if my battery decides to work or not

i also have a problem with either my cv axel or steering cuz it seems like the alignment is off about 45 degrees counterclockwise and while driving it actually pulls the car to the left if i dont grab the wheel. i was told it is a common problem with lowered civics and it was just an axel problem. im hoping its not a tire rod or steering column problem. can anyone help? and if it is the rods or column how would i go about fixing it? is it expensive?

please get back to me asap i just got the car and these are the only 2 real issues with the car that worry me. thanks in advance

allignment issue- jack up front of car and look at ball joints especially tie rod ends, if there is any play take to shop and have them replace. and get an alignment, front and rear, about 75$. Starting issue- I'm no mechanic but i would check plugs and wires, try replacing fuel filter, check fuel sending unit or fuel pump, PCV valve? starter/alternator.(my friend is having fuel issues with his ls/vtec, and we are currently tring to fix.)i would also get at least a Haynes repair manual for both your car(body) and since you have a swap get an integra manual for the engine.you will then at least have a trouble shooting guide.
