I've seen stock block B1bB's make 320 with proper tuning. The main thing is your fuel and you seem to have that addressed well. I would however look into getting your ECU chipped with CROME. I think that would be a little safer than an APEX'i unit.

yea ibleedjdm is right...you need to go with some other engine management besides apexi...go with crome, hondata, aem ems or something else...a lot of those have boost options and are made to handle boost...also, a lot of shops that i know do not like to tune on afc's. one of the guys that tuned my car from kingmotorsports made 10 more hp from going to a safc to hondata in my friends car

Here's the deal man, the SAFC really just tricks the ECU into adding more fuel without changing the timing which is effective in creating an inadequate situation inside the cylinders. I would never endorse using one as an only form of tuning especially on a boosted application. Chipping an ECU doesn't cost much its around 50-75 bucks depending on who you get to do it. The tuning might cost you a little but your motor will repay you in reliability. If you already have the SAFC then sell it and you will have the funds you need to get an ECU chipped. And no you wouldn't want to use the SAFC and an ECU chip.

Your power output is determined literally by an infinite number of components. Size of turbo, fuel system, and even throttle body size. It all depends on your setup and tune. I can tell you that I have seen people make 300+ ponies with an AEM EMS and then again I've seen people make 200 ponies with a Neptuned ECU.
