my valve cover gets really hot in my b18b1 is this normal or theres something wrong with the camshafts or valves?

yeah valve covers get pretty hot. Never put your hands on engine components while they are moving. Operating temperature for oil 160-180 degrees and the valve cover can absorb some of that temperature. Make sure your thermostat works and that you have you fluids topped off. You should be ok.
