D16Y7, D16Y8, D15Z1,and D16Z6 valve covers are all swappable.

here are the cars they fit

Honda
1996-00 CIVIC CX, DX,EX,HX,LX L4 1.6L
1996-97 DEL SOL S, SI L4 1.6L

Acura
1997-00 EL L4 1.6L
