Hey guys, I'm still in school & never get to work on my teggy but I recently had to do an assignment, was given free reign, so i did it on deal sites on the web. Anyway, I'm always looking for good deals for my car or anything else and have found these Websites that have helped me from time to time. I'm not really promoting them other than the fact that I like seeing what's a good deal out there. If this is bad karma for the forum though; well Mods, you know what to do.
Here goes:
The Best places to find the best deals and reviews:
Bargain Shopper Forums:
http://www.fatwallet.com – make use of the “Hot Deals” forum and the “Cashback”
http://www.slickdeals.com – the forums again are the best place to find deals.
http://www.bensbargains.net – beware of the great deals posted and the festive language by members
http://www.dealnews.com – look here for the best deals of the day from fashion, to home goods, to computers.
Daily Deal sites:
http://www.woot.com – look for a crazy item at a crazy price, and pine for the elusive Bag of Crap for one dollar.
http://www.sellout.woot.com – more woot, different site
http://www.wine.woot.com – wine, good luck getting it to Utah
http://www.shirt.woot.com – the funkiest shirts for $10 every day
do a internet search i.e. Google to find these others (be warned it’s addicting):
Schnoop, 1saleaday, blingdaily, thingfling, giveawayoftheday
Deal-a-minute sites:
http://www.steepandcheap.com on the right of their website are links for Brociety (snowboarder stuff), Tramdock (skier stuff), Chainlove, and WhiskeyMilitia
Review websites:
CNET – all things electronic
Amazon – everything reviewed by costumers
ConsumerReports.org – if you use it like I do it’s $20 well spent.
If you have more questions about using these sites or finding more deals let me know!
Anyway, I figure in this economy it's always cool to save money (more cash for your ride, right?)
Hope this helps someone!
