Check your FITV, if its not throwing a code most likely its a FITV and if its not that try bleeding your coolant.

Pull you intake tube and stick your finger over one of the two holes in the Throttle Body.

The top hole is the Iacv and the bottom whole is the FITV.

When you put your finger over the whole the idle will stop.

Go from there
