The next thing I would like to do to my F22B2 is start in on the head. Like maybe a cam, cam gear, or have it ported and polished or something. What would be some of the thing you guys would do to it??

Throw it away and get yourself an F22A1/4/6 head.

The F22B1/2 heads blow ass.

I mildly ported f22b1 head flows SLIGHTLY better than a stock f22a6 head.

Also, once you swap heads, you have A LOT of cams, intake manifolds and throttle bodies to choose from.
