Whats up my fellow nonvtec builders .. Im really intrested in my B18b build i want to go boost and i know ls internals are pretty strong to hold the 7lbs daily but im building my head wit stage 2 crower cams.. mild prt nnd polish .. any ideas on internals for the bottom end?

well if ur bottom end is strong...LS rods/pistons can handle around 300whp...anything past that you need to have forged internals...and a really good tune
