i heard u cannot fit PCT or P73 pistons in a LS if u are using a nonvtec head. if it is true, which pistons will fit? PR3? P30? i'm lookin for the highest possible compression from a stock piston

All OEM B-Series Pistons fit except the B20's. B16,B18A/B,B17,and B18C's are all 81mm bore. B20's are 84mm bore.

if you want to use ctr, then modding will need to be done. I done a build with ctr's piston and the rod had to be machined in order to fit the ctr pistons.

i just wanted to kno if it'll clear the ehad. someone from b20 told me it wont fit.

here's my plan of attack: B16A1 cable trans, B18A1 PR4 block, PR4 crank, PR4 rods, PR3 pistons, B18B P75 head & cams, with crower valvespring kit, AEM adjustable gears, P75 intake manifold, 65mm t/b, hytech replica header, 2 1/2" exhaust, full fuel system and a Hondata S300 ECU.

hopin for 170 whp- or 200 at the crank

upgrade the intake manifold unless you getting it ported. Is the head gonna be port and polish or are you using a bone stock head beside teh upgraded valvetrain. The ctr will fit it's also 81mm bore and it also come oversize too. Like i said you will have to do some machining in order to use it.

I've got P72's in my B18A1 block. It up the compression a bit, but not insanely....
