i had switched a car from auto to man should i replace the engine harness to a manual harness as well as the ecu to manual for the engine to run corectly i know the behind dash harness is the same for auto and manual but wasn't sure about the engine harness :quoi

It'd be nice to know what car.

When I did mine (90 integra ls) I just used the stock Auto harness and everything worked fine. I also used a stock manual ECU.

soory about that is a 97 ls motor in a 95 civic dx converted motor to obd1 meaning changed the dizzy used old harness car runs but just can tell somethink isn't right i had changed the ecu to a p75 but i think it a auto ecu is thier any way to check by the numbers insted of cracking it open to look isn't the number a01 or a05 after p75 mean it a man insted of auto
