Hey everyone!
I'm new to the tuning game, so any help in modifying my d16y7 engine (natural aspiration) for maximum gains would be greatly appreciated. .

D16's are way underrated. you can get good hp from them. Whats your budget? Start off with the mini me swap. Get the intake throttle and head off a y8 and swap them with your car. You will get about 20hp from that. Check ebay for a d16y8 small block if you do it yourself then it should be under $500.

If you want more power, then get a stage 2 cam with adj cam gear, eagle rods, cp pistons, arp rod bolts, and a thin gasket. You will get about 150whp with a good tune, and keep up with b18c's.
